Quoted me 2 weeks for a total of 31 hours in repairs, sounded reasonable to me, I signed and dropped the car off. 3 days later they call and say “ come pick it up now “ .. I have no idea how they possibly crammed 31 hours of billed labor into 3 days. When I asked for an itemized list of the actual work they ended up doing I was met with immediate 0 to 60 hostility. He said “ the work is done exactly as we said, the rest of the money is due “ - as a customer it’s perfectly reasonable to ask for a copy of the contract I signed and a receipt for work that was done. I asked about the wheel, which was on the bill for $260.00 and his ego got checked for about 2 seconds when he realized they straight up forgot to do that work and were indeed trying to bill me for work undone. 2 stars because the work they did do is passable at a glance and my car is nice looking again. Upon close inspection though there is debris in the paint, drips and runs and uneven areas of body repair. It’s inside the door so it’s not seen often. I had read and expected the car to be detailed before pickup LOL hell no they want your money and for you to leave. Car was filthy with dust from the job all inside. Unprofe

I just picked up my Mazda and immediately went to write this review because I’d recommend Allstar Collision to anyone. Both my husband and I are very impressed by the work that was done – my car looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside of it as well! Attached a before & after pic, but honestly it looks even better than the pic. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful, and we were never left wondering about what was happening with the car (never had to call) because they were so communicative. Additionally, the car was done VERY quickly even though they were working through my insurance company. Thank you for making it so easy!!

Allstar Collision called themselves repairing hail damages on my Ram 3500 Dually. When I got the truck back, I couldn’t tell if they had repaired the damage or put all new parts on the truck. The work is literally perfect!!! So, I know they had to replace the hood and roof skin. But, the detail and the contours on the other panels that were repaired is outstanding. Alex keeps a very clean and neat shop. Their professionalism is unmatched. I am in love with my truck all over again. Looks like it did the day I drove off the lot in 2/2020. Thanks guys! PART II When I really had time to settle down after our travels with our brand new looking RAM 3500 Dually, I did a thorough walk around the truck to get a really good look at it. As I did that, I just got more and more impressed with the quality of work from Allstar. First, I noticed when I was driving, I did not hear the sounds of the outside (air, passing vehicles, etc) coming through the door jams. Then, I went around the truck measuring the space between the doors and the frame and the hood and the frame. I am telling you the spaces were perfect. Alex and his staff were very profesional from start to finish. One of my friends recommended this place and me being new to Florida didn’t know how this would turn out. I took my 2001 Tacoma that looked wore down and they turned it to a brand new looking truck that looks better than my 2018 Tacoma. I am very happy with the job Allstar Collision did. Will definitely recommend!!!
